The School of Social Work at Florida International University is committed to conducting all activities related to the CriticalThinkRx C.E. program in conformity the National Association of Social Workers’ Code of Ethics and with the American Psychological Association’s Ethical Principles of Psychologists.

The Director of Continuing Education will make every reasonable effort to resolve the complaint informally, or formally with the involvement of the Director of the School of Social Work. If the complaint cannot be resolved, the complainant will be advised to contact the ethics committees of the various professional associations and boards that have granted approval to provide C.E. credits.
Records of all grievances, the process of resolving the grievance, and the outcome will be kept confidentially by the Director of Continuing Education.
